To turn on Globe view, you must be using a Mapbox map. Then, just scroll down the Setup tab and turn on Globe.
If you want to have your globe animate automatically when the map is loaded, go into the View tab and turn on Globe Animation. Then you will see settings for Speed and Animation Direction.
3D terrain requires Mapbox. Just go to the Setup tab and turn on 3D terrain.
If you're using Mapbox, you can enable 3D buildings by going into the Setup tab on your map, and turning on 3D buildings.
